APM now offers house and office cleaning service!
Apartments to commercial cleaning services include the following below, but not limited to:
For Residential Units
- Wash all windows inside and out ( when possible) in all rooms. Clean out window tracks
- Wash window sills
- Wash inside and outside of front and back doors
- All marks washed off the walls ( if possible)
- Wash all vinyl and tile floors
- All carpeting is to be vacuumed
- All trash will be removed from the premises
- Clean all blinds
- Clean all light fixtures throughout unit and replace any burnt out bulbs if in stock
Kitchen
- Clean inside and out of dishwasher and range hood
- Scrub kitchen floor
Refrigerator
- Wash inside of refrigerator with warm water and clean outside of refrigerator
- Take out vegetable drawers and wash in warm water, dry and replace
- Wash and dry outside of refrigerator
- Freezer must be defrosted and cleaned
Stove
- Remove racks and broiler pan, soak in hot water to clean, dry well
- Clean inside of oven, top of stove, under elements, pan drawer, exhaust fan, hood
- Wash and dry outside of stove
Cabinets and Drawers
- Wash cupboards inside and out
- Wipe out drawers
- Clean sink and counter tops
Bathroom(s)
- Wash down tile
- Clean bathtub, sink, fixtures
- Clean inside and outside of toilet
- Clean medicine cabinet
- Wash mirror
For Offices
General Clean
We use color-coded microfiber rags to eliminate cross contamination and use environmentally preferred cleaning products to preserve the environmental health of your facility. We will also sanitizing of phones and water coolers and empty out all garbage and replace garbage bags.
Floor Clean
Our floor cleaning assures hard surfaces are left residue-free, reducing slip potential and assuring a streak-free shine. When VCT floors become dull, we have a service that revives shine and brightness. We vacuum carpets with two-stage filtration systems to assure dust remains in the container and is not re-circulated into the air.
Restroom Cleaning
Restrooms say a lot about your facility and can present the greatest cleaning challenge. Our services make sure your restrooms are clean, odor-free. **We will stock toilet paper and/or paper towels at an additional cost**
Common/Office Areas
Our staff is trained to respect personal work-space, yet provide necessary cleaning and maintenance services. We:
- Dust surfaces, vents, door frames, and sills
- Clean and disinfect telephones
- Empty and re-line trash receptacles
- Remove finger marks and smudges from doors, jams and light switches
- Clean glass surfaces
- Clean and sanitize water coolers
Break Rooms/Kitchens
We make sure that this area receives the same attention as other areas. We clean and disinfect counters, tables, chairs and sinks. Floors are cleaned and disinfected (as needed) and regularly buffed to a high shine. Sinks and bright work sparkle with regular cleaning and polishing. Walls behind trash receptacles are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
Individual Workspaces/Offices
Our staff is trained to respect the individual workspace (cubicles, offices, counters), yet provide necessary cleaning and maintenance services. Your work area is cleaned and maintained while important papers or work materials are not disturbed. We:
